Otázky pred objednaním
Aké silné si vybrať?
Každé vrecúško radíme do piatich síl podľa obsahu nikotínu v jednom vrecúšku: Ľahké (2–4 mg), Mierne (5–8 mg), Bežné (9–11 mg), Silné (12–15 mg) a Extra silné (16 mg a viac).
Ak s vrecúškami len začínaš, začni zľahka a postupuj nahor – sila, ktorá vyhovuje náročnému používateľovi, môže byť pre začiatočníka priveľa.
Ako krabičky skladovať?
Niekde v chlade a suchu, mimo priameho slnka. Neotvorené krabičky zostanú čerstvé zhruba 12 mesiacov.
Ako dlho trvá doručenie?
Objednávky zadané v pracovné dni pred 11:00 SEČ odosielame zo Štokholmu v ten istý deň. Neskoršie objednávky odchádzajú nasledujúci pracovný deň.
- EÚ / EHP: zvyčajne 2–7 pracovných dní.
- Spojené kráľovstvo: zvyčajne 5–7 pracovných dní.
- USA: zvyčajne 7–10 pracovných dní cez UPS.
- Ostatné krajiny: líši sa podľa destinácie a dopravcu.
Hneď ako zásielka odíde, dostaneš e-mailom sledovací odkaz.
Aké sú podmienky vrátenia?
Neotvorené, zapečatené krabičky môžeš vrátiť do 30 dní od doručenia. Z hygienických a zdravotných dôvodov nemožno vracať otvorené nikotínové výrobky.
Napíš nám najprv e-mail s číslom objednávky a pošleme ti pokyny na vrátenie. Keď vrátený tovar dorazí a skontrolujeme ho, vrátime peniaze na pôvodnú platobnú metódu. Podrobnosti vrátane výnimiek nájdeš v našich podmienkach vrátenia.
