At 6 mg per pouch, ACE Cool Mint 6mg is in the regular category — a balanced nicotine delivery suited for daily users and former light smokers. Read our strength guide to find the right level.
How to use
Place one ACE Cool Mint 6mg pouch under your upper lip. A mild tingling in the first 1–2 minutes is normal as the flavour and nicotine begin to release. Leave in place for 15–60 minutes, then remove and dispose of it in the lid compartment or a bin. No chewing or spitting required. For detailed instructions, see our step-by-step usage guide.
Who is this for?
Suited for daily users and former light smokers who want a balanced, steady nicotine experience from a tobacco-free product, and for mint fans who prefer a classic, cooling peppermint. A natural step up for users coming from lighter pouches.

Questions before you order
How strong should I go?
We sort every pouch into five strengths by the nicotine in each pouch: Light (2–4 mg), Mild (5–8 mg), Regular (9–11 mg), Strong (12–15 mg) and Extra strong (16 mg and up).
If you're new to pouches, start light and work your way up — a strength that suits a heavy user can be overwhelming for a beginner.
How should I store my cans?
Somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sunlight. Unopened cans stay fresh for around 12 months.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 11:00 CET on business days are dispatched the same day from Stockholm. Later orders ship the next business day.
- EU / EEA: typically 2–7 business days.
- United Kingdom: typically 5–7 business days.
- USA: typically 7–10 business days with UPS.
- Other international: varies by destination and courier.
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel ships.
What is your return policy?
Unopened, sealed cans can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene and health reasons, opened nicotine products can't be returned.
Email us first with your order number and we'll send you return instructions. Once your return has arrived and been checked, we refund your original payment method. The details, including exceptions, are in our refund policy.
