Yes. US orders ship from Sweden with UPS and typically arrive within 7–10 business days, tracked the whole way. Duties & taxes are included, so there's nothing to pay on delivery. US orders are limited to 15 cans.

Yes — Canada is one of our supported international destinations. Orders ship tracked from Sweden with duties & taxes included, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Orders placed before 11:00 CET on business days are dispatched the same day from Stockholm. Later orders ship the next business day.

Within the EU, Switzerland, Iceland and the United Kingdom, shipping is free on orders of €99 or more. Below that it costs €15. Other destinations have a flat rate, shown at checkout before you pay.

Within the EU there are no customs charges: goods move freely inside the union, and our prices include VAT.

Orders to the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada ship with duties & taxes included, so there's nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives. For other destinations, local import charges may apply.

Yes. Every order gets a tracking number by email as soon as it leaves our warehouse, so you can follow it door to door.

We dispatch fast — often the same day — so contact us as soon as possible after ordering. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to change or cancel it.

Unopened, sealed cans can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene and health reasons, opened nicotine products can't be returned.

Email us first with your order number and we'll send you return instructions. Once your return has arrived and been checked, we refund your original payment method. The details, including exceptions, are in our refund policy.

Start with your tracking link — most delays resolve themselves within a day or two. If tracking hasn't moved for several days or the parcel seems lost, contact us and we'll chase the courier for you.

Yes — we sell original products from the brands you know, the same cans you'd grab at the kiosk. Orders ship fresh from our Stockholm warehouse with long best-before dates.

The white pouches we sell are built on a plant-fibre base instead of tobacco — no tobacco smell, no staining, no spitting. Each product page lists the exact contents, strength and format.

We sort every pouch into five strengths by the nicotine in each pouch: Light (2–4 mg), Mild (5–8 mg), Regular (9–11 mg), Strong (12–15 mg) and Extra strong (16 mg and up).
